Pomeroy Lagoon Project The City of Pomeroy in efforts to comply with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources has constructed a third cell to its existing sewer system. Pomeroy has received CDBG and SRF funding for this project. New sewer rates have been in place since October of 2008. Engineers:
