discussed part time Public Works employee Brad duitsman's |
refusal
to attend June 9, 2009 regular City Council meeting as requested to
discuss job duties and performance; said employee is currently taking
unauthorized time off. After reviewing city Personnel Policies, a
motion was made by Bachman, second by DeVore to terminate employment
of Brad Duitsman according to unsatisfactory work performance as detailed
in disciplinary report.
Roll Call: Ayes: Juilfs, Bachman and DeVore. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Meyer abstained from the vote because our employee is not present
to get feedback. |
