City Council Meeting Public Hearing Call to Order: called to order at 6:34 P.M. by Mayor Gene Becker Roll Call: Meyer made a motion, second by DeVore to approve the Agenda. Roll call: Ayes: Bachman, Meyer and DeVore. Nays: None. Motion Carried.CITY OF POMEROY Council meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Gene Becker Roll Call: S Juilfs, B Meyer, R Bachman and D DeVore. Absent: C Meyer. Presentation and acceptance of the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2010 Public Comment: No public comment was made Motion was made by Juilfs and seconded by Bachman to accept Resolution #231 to amend the FY 2010 Budget as published in the May 13th Journal Herald newspaper. Roll Call. Ayes: S Juilfs, R Bachman, D DeVore and B Meyer. Nays: none. Motion carried.
